50 minutes from Shinshu Nakano IC. The road surface is frozen, so be sure to wear 4WD studless tires.

[When coming by bus]

90 minutes by express bus (bound for Okushiga Kogen) from Nagano Station. Night buses depart from Tokyo Station on weekends (departing from Tokyo Station at 23:59 → arriving at Shiga Kogen at 8:00 the next day)
